About the therapist
Not only a massage therapist
Sophia is a licensed massage therapist who is trained in an extensive range of massage modalities. She is also a registered yoga instructor, certified Reiki practitioner, and a certified personal trainer and has experience in martial arts as well as Wim Hof and yogic breathwork.
In addition to Sophia's multidisciplinary background, she has a unique ability to work with her clients' subtle bodies and see into the luminous energy field. Known as shamanic bodywork, this particular type of energy work help her clients process traumas, release suppressed emotions, and clear negative energies, giving them relief.

Sophia’s mission is to help people heal through skilled, loving touch and channeled energy as well as helping her clients release the tension that bodies tend to hold onto.
Sophia believes that each and every body has a story to tell, and by intuitively combining trigger point therapy, certified massage styles, myofascial release, and her personally crafted energy work modality, she is inspired to transmute heavy energies and blockages into embodied power that her clients can feel and experience.
